ALL CONCERNED:

By appropriate agreement the Pennsylvania Railroad Company will permitted to use Ann Arbor Railroad tracks and switches at Selma for the purpose of turning its engines and equipment.  This involves the use Belt connection – crossing between main track and siding – wye tracks – portions of main track and siding with necessary tail room beyond switches at east leg of wye on main track and west leg of wye on siding to accomplish such moves.

Movements will be made in accordance with Ann Arbor Railroad Company Transportation Department rules and special instructions.
